Overview

Nursing is the most in-demand profession we recruit — and one of the most mobile. We place registered nurses across ICU, emergency, theatre, paediatrics and more, at every level from newly-registered RNs to senior and charge nurses.

We specialise in the international route — OET / IELTS, the NMC OSCE, NCLEX-RN, AHPRA and DataFlow — and we run large-scale campaigns for internationally-educated nurses, with dedicated support for Filipino and Indian nurses. See our Filipino & Indian nurse route →

Where the demand is

United Kingdom — strong NHS and private demand; registration via the NMC (CBT + OSCE) and the Health & Care Worker visa.
Ireland — consistent demand across acute and community settings; NMBI registration supported.
Australia & New Zealand — AHPRA and the Nursing Council of NZ; nursing sits on New Zealand’s Green List for one of the fastest residency routes.
Canada — NNAS assessment and provincial registration, with category-based Express Entry draws for nurses.
United States — the NCLEX-RN and the EB-3 immigrant visa; we set out the (currently retrogressed) timelines honestly from day one.
The Gulf — tax-free packages with housing and flights; DataFlow verification and MOH / DHA / HAAD licensing.

What you'll need

  • A recognised nursing qualification and home-country registration
  • An English-language test (OET or IELTS) to the required standard
  • The relevant registration route for your target country — we guide you through it
  • Clinical experience in your specialty (ICU, ED, theatre, paediatrics, etc.)

Relocation & support

From your first conversation to your first shift, we handle registration, English testing, the OSCE or NCLEX, visa and Certificate of Sponsorship, travel and pastoral onboarding — and for cohorts, the whole group mobilisation. Always free for nurses, because the employer pays our fee.

Common questions

Can Filipino and Indian nurses work in the UK or USA?
Yes. Filipino and Indian nurses register with the UK NMC (CBT + OSCE) or sit the NCLEX-RN for the USA, alongside an English test. We guide every step — see our dedicated Filipino & Indian nurses page.
What is the fastest route to residency for nurses?
New Zealand. Nursing is on the Green List, so a registered nurse with a job offer can access a fast residency pathway.
Do I need the OSCE to work in the UK?
Yes — you complete the CBT in your home country, then the OSCE after you arrive. We support you through both, and many employers help with OSCE preparation.
Do you run large cohort campaigns?
Yes. We mobilise cohorts of internationally-educated nurses at scale, managing exams, visas, travel and onboarding end to end.
