Overview

Behind every great clinical service is a non-clinical team — the informatics specialists, managers, coordinators, researchers and quality leads who keep hospitals and health systems running. As health systems digitise and expand, demand for these skills is growing fast.

We place non-clinical professionals into NHS trusts, private hospital groups, health-tech companies and international health systems — and, where a move crosses borders, we handle the visa and relocation side just as we do for clinicians.

Roles we place

Health informatics & health-tech — EPR / EHR specialists, clinical systems analysts, and digital transformation and implementation leads.
Hospital & practice management — operations, service and general managers across acute and primary care.
Medical administration & coordination — medical secretaries, pathway coordinators and patient-access teams.
Clinical research & life sciences — clinical research associates, trial coordinators and life-sciences professionals.
Quality, governance & compliance — governance leads, and audit, compliance and regulatory specialists.

Where the demand is

United Kingdom — NHS digital transformation and private-sector growth are driving strong demand for informatics, management and governance professionals.
Ireland — expanding health services and a growing health-tech sector.
Australia & New Zealand — health-system investment and digital-health growth.
The Gulf — new hospital openings across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar create high demand for experienced hospital managers and health-tech specialists, on tax-free packages.

How the international move works

Non-clinical roles don’t require professional clinical registration (GMC / NMC / HCPC), so the move is usually faster — what matters is the right to work and the visa.

United Kingdom — Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for eligible roles, with relocation support.
Ireland — employment-permit and relocation support.
Australia & NZ — skilled-work visas, with a pathway toward permanent residence.
The Gulf — employer-sponsored work visas; tax-free packages with housing and flights.

What you'll need

  • Relevant experience and qualifications for your field (health-tech, management, research, admin or governance)
  • The right to work in your target country — or eligibility for a work visa (we guide you)
  • Evidence of English-language competence where required
  • For health-tech / informatics, experience with clinical systems (EPR / EHR) is highly valued

Relocation & support

We support you through the visa, right-to-work and relocation process, and the practical side of settling into a new organisation and country. Our service is free to you, because the hiring organisation pays our fee.

Common questions

Do non-clinical roles need professional registration?
No — non-clinical roles don’t require clinical registration (GMC, NMC, HCPC). The key requirements are relevant experience and the right to work, which usually makes the move quicker than for clinical staff.
What non-clinical roles do you recruit?
Health informatics and health-tech, hospital and practice management, medical administration, clinical research and life sciences, and quality and governance.
Can you sponsor a visa for a non-clinical role?
Many roles are eligible for Skilled Worker sponsorship in the UK and equivalent routes elsewhere. We’ll tell you honestly whether a specific role qualifies.
Do you place permanent and fixed-term roles?
Yes — permanent and fixed-term, across the UK and internationally. We do not place locum work.
