About the role
An NHS health board in Wales is recruiting a substantive Consultant Adult Psychiatrist for an inpatient ward. Section 12 approval and Approved Clinician status are required. Essential
- Full specialist registration (or eligibility) and home-country registration
- Entry on the GMC Specialist Register
- Section 12 (or Wales equivalent) approval
- Approved Clinician status
- Previous NHS experience
- Evidence of English-language competence (IELTS/OET) where required
- GMC registration — or eligibility, which we guide you through
Desirable
- Postgraduate qualifications or fellowship in the specialty
- Experience in a comparable health system
- Teaching, audit or research involvement
