Essential
- Recognised Medical Laboratory Science qualification and home-country registration
- Clinical experience in Medical Laboratory Science
- English-language competence (IELTS/OET) where required
- State licensure / ASCP registration — or eligibility, which we guide you through

- A relevant specialist or advanced-practice qualification
- Experience in a comparable health system
- Interest in service development or supervision
